Exchange and Return Policy
You may return unworn or defective purchase within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Within 7 days of receiving your order, you need to send an email to our Customer Care team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, mentioning the items you wish to return. No refund or exchange will be entertained thereafter.
In case the item you received is damaged or defective, it must be return in the same condition as you received it with the original box and/or packaging. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it, if it is found to be defective or damaged, we will process the refund/exchange immediately.

Return for a Refund
Once we receive your returned item and it meets our Return Policy, the refund will be immediately processed. Please note that it may take up to 21 working days for the refund to appear in your bank account depending on your bank or payment provider.
WARRANTY ON FITNESS EQUIPMENT
· Fitness equipment cannot be refund or exchanged once installed. Any manufacturing defect on the equipment shall be repaired or replaced.
